Born on March 19, 1951 in the village of Ruseni, the district of Edinet.

• 1971 — graduated from the Technological College;
• 1984 — graduated from the Industry Planning Faculty of the State University Lenin;

Professional experience:

• 1971 — master of the section no.5 at the shoes manufacturer Zorile;
• 1971–1973 — military of the Soviet Army;
• 1973–1979 — master of the section no.5 at the shoes manufacturer Zorile, senior master, deputy chief and chief of section;
• 1981–1985 — section master at the Republican Models House;
• 1985 — the Ministry of Social Service of Population appointed him as deputy director of the Republican Models House;
• 1986–1993 — director of the shoes manufacturer Tocusor;
• 1993 — director-general of the Moldovan-German enterprise Taur;
