• From 1996 to present — senior adviser for the Professional Education Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Youth;
• 1994–1996 — senior specialist of the Directorate for Social Affairs of the Chisinau City Hall;
• 1992–1994 — professor of pedagogy, the Faculty of Elementary and Pre-School Education of the State Pedagogical University Ion Creanga;
• 1987–1992 — professor of pedagogy at the Chisinau-based Pedagogical College A. Mateevici;
• 1985–1987 — Methodological inspector of the Directorate General on Education of the Chisinau municipality;
• 1980–1985 — director of a Balti-based kindergarten;
• 1978–1980 — methodologist of a Balti-based kindergarten;
• 1971–1978 — educator of Balti-based kindergartens;
