Professional experience:
- 1994–1996 — legal and economic advisor for the International Relations Department of the state-owned company “TeleRadio-Moldova”;
- From 1998 — lecturer of politics at the Moldova State University;
- From 2001 — director of the public policies weekly “Democratia” founded by the Institute of European Studies of Moldova;
- From 2001 — deputy chairman of the Social-Liberal Party.
