  • Deputy minister of health, member of the national council for handicapped people, which advises the Moldovan president;
  • Academician of the Moscow-based Academy of Noosphere, director of the department on professional jurisdiction of the Moldovan League of Doctors;
  • Chairman of the Association for Human Dignity;
  • Editor-in-chief of the magazine Info-Med, author of 360 scientific works, including 20 monographs on medicine/oncology, public health and management, philosophy and bioethics, history and politics;
  • Awarded the Civic Merit medal of Moldova.
