Higher education, building engineer;

Professional experience:

  • 1965–1975 — architect of the Ribnita District Executive Council;
  • 1975–1980 — deputy chairman of the Ribnita District Executive Council;
  • 1980–1982 — probationer of the Moscow-based Higher Party School;
  • 1985–1991 — chairman of the Botanica District Executive Committee in Chisinau;
  • 1991–1995 — deputy mayor of Chisinau;
  • 1996–2000 — deputy minister of construction, territorial development and communal administration;
  • 2000–2001 — sub-prefect of Chisinau;
  • 2002–2005 — director-general of the Housing and Territorial Arrangement Directorate;
  • From 2005 to present — chairwoman of the Ukrainian Union in Moldova.
