• On March 25 Gagauzian CEC adopted a decision concerning the double application of the control stamp on the ballots verso during the second round of the elections. The first stamp will be applied before the voters enter the booth for secret vote. After the completion of the ballot papers the second stamp will be applied just before they are thrown in the ballot box. The decision is aimed at avoiding eventual manipulations.
